Ardrey Kell lacrosse player commits to Methodist

Ardrey Kell senior boys' lacrosse player Michael Bates recently committed to play in college at Methodist (Fayetteville).

Methodist just added lacrosse as a varsity sport and will begin play during the 2013-14 school year. Bates is Methodist's first recruiting commitment, according to Ardrey Kell coach Tim Price.

Bates only started playing lacrosse during his sophomore season at Ardrey Kell, said Price, and moved his way from the junior varsity team to a varsity starting position.
