Three local basketball stars invited to National Basketball Players Assoc. Top 100 camp

Several Charlotte-area high school basketball players will participate in the National Basketball Players association Top 100 camp at John Paul Jones Arena June 14-16 in Charlottesville, VA. In all, 109 players were invited.

The camp began in 1994 to assist elite high school players in development of basketball and life skills.

This year’s invitees include: Allerik Freeman (Olympic/Findlay Prep, NV, Class of 2013); Clayton Massey (Myers P ark, 2013); Kennedy Meeks (West Charlotte, 2013); and Sindarius Thornwell (Lancaster, 2013).

Raleigh Ravenscroft’s Anton Gill (2013), Sidy Mohamed Djitte (Fayetteville Northwood Temple, 2013) and Winston-Salem Prep’s Greg McClinton (2013) were also invited.
